My husband and I are addicted to these and our two year old is almost as bad. They are the number one go to in our house for a side. They go great with grilled food, fried food, baked food.. everything!! So simple, yet so delicious.

RECIPE

ingredients

  • one bunch of asparagus (easily can be doubled or tripled)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

instructions

  1. preheat Oven or grill to about 425-450

  2. cut woody stems off asparagus. You can snap them all off individually or snap one and line it up with the others. Cut them to the point where it’s stem snapped.

  3. place onto a Pan or dish and drizzle over oil, salt and pepper.

  4. toss with your hands to coat them all evenly.

  5. place on a sheet pan (if grilling directly on grates or a grill pad) make sure they are in an even layer.

cook 10-15 minutes. I like mine with a little bite still in them. You can cook them longer if that is how you prefer them.
