These are so simple and so delicious. Grab the kids and let them make their own. They will love creating their own little masterpieces. They may even try something new in the process. My kids just stuck to pepperoni today, and that’s okay. I am a veggie lover, putting it lightly. I want them in or on everything I eat. These are extremely versatile, make them your own. BBQ, taco, mushroom and onion, veggie... whatever you want, do it!

*I will add more ways and pictures as I make them*

INGREDIENTS

Makes six pizzas

  • 1 Loaf French bread

  • 1 jar pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • pepperoni slices (I’ll leave how many you add up to you)

  • grated Parmesan

if making with Veggies I added pickled jalapeño, black olives, and banana peppers.

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425

  • slice loaf into 3 pieces horizontally, making 3 chunky pieces. Then slice each of those in half lengthwise. Should look like the picture above. Giving you 6 slices total.

  • Add 2 Tbs of pizza sauce and spread to the edges. Let it sit a minute then add 1-2 more Tbs as the sauce will soak in a bit.

  • Sprinkle cheese over the sauce

  • Add toppings

  • Place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. If you’re like me and like it super bubbly you can broil for a minute or two at the end.

  • slice in half to make mini pizzas or leave whole for a dinner serving.

  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan for Garnish
