We’ll never be perfect, and that’s okay

Not knowing is OKAY! Knowing everything is absolutely boring! I love cooking because there is always something new to learn.. always a new recipe.. always a new technique. It’ll truly never have an end, and I love that! In anything you do, have fun and do your best. Trying to be perfect ruins everything.

When it comes to cooking try, try, and try again. Burn the cookies, who cares. Put salt instead of sugar? Trash it and start over. Mistakes will happen to everyone, so just make sure you don’t give up and always try again.
